Ethiopian executive management colorfully welcomed H.E. Ahmed Shide, the recently appointed Minister of Transport at Ethiopian headquarters on Tuesday December 6, 2016.

The Minister received a warm welcome from Mr.Tewolde Gebremariam, Group CEO, Ethiopian Airlines and executives of the Ethiopian family upon his arrival and held fruitful discussions.

The Transport Minister visited Ethiopian state-of the-art flight simulator, Ethiopian Aviation Academy, and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities and expressed his appreciation to Ethiopian Airlines for the unprecedented growth it has registered over the years and vowed to aggressively support the sector in his tenure.
